Don't buy any nero products. A few days after I instaled nero it stoped working. Tech help is avalible at a cost for ever call $1.00. Down load a posible solution 12 hours and if that don't work, more problems. This is nothing less than Electronic harassment. Buy their product and you'll reget it. I want to write more but I'm getting ever more upset just setting hear typing.

Sorry this products does not live up to the hype. After initial install it stopped working because of constant updates that have yet to be installed correctly.

I bought this, installed it and wish I never had. It slows down your system, is not intuitive to use and does not do what it says it can do on the box. I bought it to convert .m2ts files and this was a nightmare. They don't tell you that you can only convert 10 at a time on the box. If you try more the program crashes - and then you need to call tech support to ask why. Further, they want $1.25 for customer service support, which you can't find on line. Their support personnel are rude and unhelpful.
I hope that no one buys this piece of garbage.
