I loved my new computer!!!!! It has everything you can think of. It is sooo quick, no waiting around for it to load up. I'll never regret the decision on purchasing this model.

The product it self was ok but it does not do all the things i wanted it to do. I called and asked customer service about the product and the person i talked to told me to go to HP web site, so thats what i did. Typed in the product and it was not the same item i purchased because this laptop is missing a very inportant item that i wanted. But over all it will have to do. My first time buying a laptop from you. THANKS for the EXPERIENCE
