So far I am very pleased with my Samsung T10 and am happy I purchased it instead of the IPOD Nano. This music player is small and sleek and so easy to use. As soon as I plugged the player into my USB port on the computer, Napster immediately recognized it as a compatible MP3 device and now I just drag and drop tracks onto the MP3. The sound quality is good and touch-screen buttons easy to use. The only complaint I have is the headphones are too big and uncomfortable for me, so I am using other headphones. I also wish their were a belt clip/case for the player in the package. Cases/belt clips are available for purchase separately. The T10 is also compatible with Rhapsody and other music service providers, and for a small monthly flat fee you can download all the songs you want to, like on Napster, which is another reason I bought this player. My family and friends now want a T10. Overall, very good product for the money.
