Works as advertised March 17, 2010 James Strutz (Anchorage, AK) Nothing to complain about. It's large enough and fast enough to do the job, and it hasn't failed yet.
Was fine for 8 months - then died March 17, 2010 Desmond Crisis (Treasure Island, CA) Bought this with my Canon FS200 video camera and it worked fine for about 8 months, then it croaked. Quit working and I tried pretty much everything to reinitialize it with no luck. Bad boot sector parameters unable to recover.
Probably won't buy a Transcend for a while.
Fast data transfer and good value! March 15, 2010 citadel1980 (Glen Allen, VA) The capacity means I can take tons of 10mp shots and HD videos without switching cards or dumping to laptop. With multiple kids in sports and constantly needing to take a lot of video, this card has stored everything I have taken over many events and many files. The data transfer is fast and the data capture is accurate with no issues to date. Highly recommend this card.
Too Expensive & Unreliable March 13, 2010 Jonathan Makelwitz (North) I can't recommend this brand of SDHC flash.
I was on vacation and my entire HD videos captured on my Canon HF100 were lost without warning. I'm extremely knowledgeable when it comes to electronics & camcorders, and I was baffled. Just be careful with this card.
Always reformat (or "reinitialize") when you put it in your camcorder.
The price has actually gone up on this brand for some bizarre reason. (I bought with a USB card reader for the same price 1 year ago @ $41).
Quality purchase March 13, 2010 Dean W. Byrns (Libby MT, US) I purchased two of these to use with my new Nikon D-90 Digital SLR Camera. The cards formated fine and have been working flawlessly. Good purchase for the money and performs as stated.
