Inexpensive, perfectly appropriate for its purpose. I hate a flat, absolutely horizontal keyboard. I spent too many years on a QWERTY mainframe console and traditional typewriters to like a laptop's entry method: flat as a pancake.

well its better than nothing but I would suggest you spend a little more and buy one with a fan. They keep the laptop much cooler

This product serves the purpose I bought it for, but the heat from my computer melts the glue that attaches the rubber piece to the base. Then it slides a little. But all in all I like it because my computer doesn't shut down anymore when it gets hot.

My laptop doesn't overheat when I use this product. It looks really simple...but, it's definitely effective. Ever since I got it I have been using it consistently with my laptop and have noticed a marked difference in it's ability to stay cool. I don't have overheating problems at all now. Also, it's very lightweight and easy to transport and quick to set up. So it's all plusses in my book.
