Product Description 2.4 GHZ, Analog Dual Handset, With Digital Answering Device & Caller ID, Remote Message Retrieval, 10 Name & Number Phonebook Directory, 15 Minute Recording Time, Back Lit Keypad & Display, 9 Number Speed Dial, Handset Volume Control, Bilingual Prompts, Metallic Finish.
The VTech T2350 2.4 GHz Dual Handset Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering Device and Caller ID is a versatile and economical solution for the home. A digital answering system with 15 minutes of record time is built into the base, reducing clutter on your desktop. Because operation is fully digital, messages are stored without the use of tapes or other moving parts that can wear out. Access your messages when you are away from home with the remote functions at your disposal from any touch-tone phone. An audible time and day stamp lets you know when messages were recorded. The second handset works off the base unit, so you only need one jack to run both phones. Just connect the base unit to your phone line, then plug the extra charger into an electrical outlet in any room you choose. The LCD screen on each handset allows you to view the name, number, time and date of incoming calls at a glance, even those on Call Waiting. Caller ID stores the name, number, time and date of up to 30 incoming calls. The 10 name/number phone book directory lets you store important contact information for easy access. The cordless handsets use enhanced 2.4 GHz technology to provide a more secure frequency of operation and wider range of use than is available with 900 MHz handsets. Backlit keys and display make it easy to dial in low light, and the any key answer function means you'll never miss a call fumbling for the talk button. Separate volume controls on the handset and base let you customize the proper audio levels. This phone also features last-number redial and a handset locator key.

| Customer Reviews: V Tech phone January 27, 2010 Richard L. Maguire Everything about this phone works up to expectations but the sound quality is not clear enough even when switching channels. Overall I think it is a good phone.
if you've already owned V-Tech phones it's fine June 3, 2009 Te - Saw (Greendale, WI) White like we wanted. Reasonably priced for features and quality (we've gotten at least six years of good service out of two prior V-Tech models - for less than $45). Handsets slightly smaller than previous models but still easy to hold. Backlit dialpads a bonus. Decent audio quality on handsets as well as on base unit's speaker. LOUD ringer in base unit can be turned off. Message playback can be slowed down or sped up. Base unit is wall-mountable like most. Reception is fine. Signal covers our 1/3 acre lot. No interference from our wireless router. Only gripe is the somewhat small, narrow font used in the Caller ID display. Still easy to read, but could be even easier. If you've already owned V-Tech handsets you're probably used to this.
Nice little phone January 5, 2008 Julie Berger (Fort Wayne, IN USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I just received this phone for Christmas. The phone was easy to set up and program. Display is easy to read and all buttons are backlit for ease of use in low light. I have no problems using this phone near my wireless internet. The only thing that could be improved -- it would be nice if programmed numbers entered on one handset would be available on all handsets. Each number must be programmed into each handset. Overall, a great phone for the price!
Works fine, good value for the buck, but a couple minor issues keep me from giving it more stars January 5, 2007 M. B. Mccormick (Darnestown, MD, USA) 12 out of 13 found this review helpful
The sound quality is fine, I like being able to use the caller ID and adjust the volume, BUT... the remote unit is staticky (admittedly, I have not tried harder to resolve this issue), and when I cradle the handset between my cheek and shoulder, I often bump the "transfer" button, which I think transfers a call from one handset to the other, but ends up causing the call to be lost. I have retrained myself not to cradle the phone, but it's a minor annoyance.
On the plus side, it's an overall good value for the buck, has all the features you could want, the answering system works fine (although we have since gotten voice mail so we stopped using the answering system), and its look is sleek. If you are not a phone cradler so you can devote both of your hands to another activity, this phone could be the answer to your search. If you are a habitual cradler, however, you may want to look elsewhere.
